My Tracker Pipe Organ Project
The building of this organ was intended to be my project for my retirement years.
It was my intention to build a one manual tracker pipe organ with attached pedal, somewhat like the above, but in a more modern, but still classical case.
Organ design with doors closed. 82" high, 52" wide.
The organ consisted of 9 1/2 Ranks (516 pipes).
The disposition was as follows:
54 keys divided keyboard
Organ design with doors open.

-Organ Front
The first picture has the keyboard placed, and the 8' Gedekt pipes against the back wall of the case.
Organ front showing 2' Principal and 8' Gedekt pipes.
-Some of the pipework
Here are the 2' Gemshorn and 4' Rohrflute, the second picture is from the other side showing the holes for the 8' Gedekt.
I had also purchased in Holland, in 2001, a 1 3/5 Tierce and a 2' Principal (display pipes for the front of the organ) (not shown).
-End of project
Here you see 6 1/2 ranks: the 2' Principal, III Mixture, 2 2/3 Quint 2' Gemshorn and the 4' Rorhflute.
Not shown are 8' Gedekt, 8' Principal, 2' Principal (front pipes) and the 1 3/5' Tierce.
I have collected nine and a half ranks of pipes over a period of 15 years as well as a blower, tremulant and built the windchest and bellows and started working on the oak casework, and trackers when I, due to illness, had to abandon the project.
The entire organ went to an organ builder, who will put it to good use.
